We accept deposits and withdrawals via USD Coin.

Term & Conditions:

• Minimum deposit via USD Coin is 500 USD;
• There is no minimum nor maximum withdrawal via USD Coin;
• No fees for deposits, however USD Coin charges a very small network fee for withdrawals;
• Clients who deposit but do not show adequate trading activity may not withdraw via USD Coin or any other cryptocurrency unless they have deposited using cryptocurrencies.

Note: We only accept USDC on the Ethereum network (ERC20 protocol) and do not accept the Omni-based version of the token. Be sure to purchase ETH-based USD Token for deposits into your trading account.

How to get started:

1. Sign up with a cryptocurrency exchange like Coinbase. A frequently updated list of ways to purchase USD Coin can be found here.
2. Purchase some USD Coin (USDC).
3. After receiving your USDC into your wallet, go to the Private Office USD Coin deposit page.
4. From the drop down list, select to which account you wish to deposit using USDC — click Submit. This will generate a unique wallet address that you will use to send your USDC.
5. Copy the USDC wallet address that comes up on the next screen.
6. Go back to the cryptocurrency exchange where you have your USDC and send the coins to the wallet address you generated in step 4. Coins will arrive in your trading account in a few minutes/hours.

NOTE: Processing of payments is done by third party systems and their functionality cannot be guaranteed. Be sure to only place trades based on your current balance, not in anticipation of raising the said balance.
